Um, isn’t that talking about your Brave and the Bold episode episode, not JLU? I would think that is what “That Batman episode Gail Simone wrote about the Birds” means. Barbara had actually just first appeared as Batgirl on BatB in the episode before that one.
Same deal, though, I was told before we started that the rights to Oracle were not available, and again, that info has been out there for ages.
