Anonymous asked: Wait, so DC wouldn't just give you the comics that you wrote for free if you asked? Like, ship them to you, or whatever? I always assumed there was some sort of privilege, an "employee discount" or something. That's funny that there isn't.
No, dc has an incredibly generous comp program, the best in the industry. but it doesn’t yet include digital copies. I am sure they are working on it.

Probably will get in trouble for this but officially DC would not donate comics to our charity drive but every editor that follows us gave us all their comp copies if you want to know how fabulous the editorial staff at DC is (though you probably do)
