aeglyss asked: Sorry if my previous 'ask' was poorly worded or kinda lacking (tumblr limits). But basically, I just want to know if the New 52 timeline has indeed only had 5 years of background history or 10. And that Batman has had more than that since he and Hal have been operating longer (?). So, Bruce with Damian makes more sense, and the other 3 Robins would have had maybe about 2yrs each. And hell, maybe something similar to Final Crisis might have even happened in the 5yr gap between JL#1-6 and JL#7-12.

I really don’t know the exact timeline of the other books. I’m sorry!

  1. iskios said: I think people pay too much attention to the timeline of the entire DC line, it is meaningless. The timelines should be book specific, and frankly, Bruce has obviously had more than 5 years in the business, maybe just 5 since he went full on public.
